with all doors locked, is there a way to open hood from outside or underneath the RX350?

 

I am almost sure there is .. and the best folks to help you would be the one who provide service like 'pop a lock' and body shops.

Have you called Lexus to see if they can help you open the lock remotely or in case of a dead battery how they can tap in to 12v .

Keep in mind RX is equipped with theft deterrent system and any un-natural release of the hood will trigger intrusion.
