Just acquired a 2013 with no front plate bracket. Got the OEM bracket but no self-tapping screws came with it. Can someone tell me the correct size of the self-tapping screws. I am in MT (which requires and tickets for no front plate) and no Lexus dealer in the entire state, closest is in Spokane, WA 4 hrs. away. I called them, and their parts dept. didn't know what size screw. Obsurd, lame answer "I don't know, the guys just have a box full of screws they use." He finally looked it up and came back with 6-16 (no length stated). I am discovering that size is nearly impossible to find. Any idea what I should use for this installation?

Can we bring up the fact that you I assume you bought online, then expecting a parts department to help you even though you didn't buy it from them?
If you wanted their help, you should paid them for the help or for the job or even for the part.
Why didn't you go back to the person who sold you the bracket and tell them it is incomplete and didn't come with the hardware?
If you are really fussy, just order a new bracket from another seller that ensures the screws come with it, and return the incomplete set back to where you bought it from.

Just goto a hardware store and try a few...
