Default sensors not working

I have a 2015 Lexus RX 350 I just bought and noticed that the settings for park assist are on and set correctly but I don't hear any beeps when getting too close to things behind me or in front of me. The volume is set for 5.

With the engine running and put in Drive and foot on the brakes, have someone walk just in front of the front bumper and you should hear and see the warnings on the dash.

Do the same for the rear bumper.

If you don't see or hear any warnings, something is wrong......UNLESS this is turn to the OFF setting.
