Thanks for your feedback, I too agree about the sequential on V2 looking better than the V3 but don't know if I'll base my decision on that alone. I do find it strange that the V2 cost MORE than the V3, that being said, I'm leaning towards the V3 design as it is less in price and easier to install. However, I.m still not 100% sure which one I should get, very tough choice. Question, the cable that oxidized... do you think that will happen again ?
Thanks again !

I recently had a minor bumper bash on the front end and they had to replace my headlights.
The new version had LEDs and clear lens covers - new lights make the car look brand new !
I didn't have good luck replacing the lower running lights with LED bulbs - they just didn't work!?
MacCat,
So your new headlights have LEDs built into them ? And originally your RX did NOT have the LEDs ? If so, are the new headlights OEM or aftermarket and what name brand ?
Thanks !

Hey HiHoSilver, thanks for posting the information. Below is the info from the OP's initial post. I clicked on the 2nd link, japanparts thinking this is where he's suggesting to buy these from based on the positive comment in the bracket. But I see now I was wrong and he's actually recommending the purchase from the first link, crystal-eye, even thought the comment is negative. I am confused, LOL!!! Anyway, I checked the crystal-eye site and the V3 costs $664 USD?
Now, If I can figure out how to order without messing up, I'll be good.
Hi Silva, On Rakuten they are listed 39,600 Yen which is right under $400 USD. However they do not list shipping fees so I'm a little skeptical to follow through and purchase, on top of that, I've never ordered through them before so I don't know what to expect. Maybe I'll try ordering tomorrow and if I don't like what I see, I'll call credit card instantly and have them cancel the order. Amazon has V2 for about $400, and obviously I've ordered hundreds of items in the past with no issues but I'd rather the V3 as it's much easier to install and I think it looks a little cleaner. Does the $664 from Crystal Eye include shipping to the US ?
Hi Denzo, So did you order the V3's from https://www.japanparts.com/parts/detail/53687 ? That link doesn't have any listing for the older RX's, only 2015 and up... I found the V3's on Rakuten ($400.00 USD) but I'm a little skeptical trying to purchase through them so I'm looking for a better alternative.
Thanks,
AL
Like you, the japanparts link is where I saw the V3 fitting 2015 and newer only. On the Crystaleye link, i got as far as the price of $664 and didn't go any further to see shipping.
I'll wait to see if those who bought them will share the link from where they did the purchase with hopefully a better price then $664.
Hopefully Chrispy will come through, he's in Cali so it shouldn't cost too much more to ship to NY. I REALLY want these lights, no one in NY has anything like them and I'm sure I'll get lots of inquiries once I have them in my possession and installed.
