How do you know it has full power if it will not start? Did you clean off the battery cables?
Does the starter crank the engine? Have you checked the voltage on the new battery? Maybe you should return it for another one.
I have seen new batteries that needed a full day of charging before they could be used.

This is what you need to do, according to your manual:

easy peasy

I have just replaced my 2007 Lexus RX350 12V battery with a new one. I have done all the resets I know, windows rolling up and down, etc. Is there anything I need to do for AC/heat system? I have noticed now my hot air is NOT hot at all, just barely warm even when I set the temperature to 70 via the CLIMATE menu. I also ran the AC/system diagnostic by holding the AUTO and CABIN-RECYCLED-AIR buttons together to and turn on the car. It's all GOOD, as the flashing code is shown as zero, but hot air is not hot at all.

Thanks for any tip!

The first thing to do is check the coolant level in the reservoir tank and in the radiator itself. If that's low, you will have no heat

2007 is a second generation RX and you should post your request in the proper forum in order to get more responsive answers for that particular model. I will not move this (although another moderator may) because Non provided a useful response that may help you. However your 2007 may have different issues than the 3rd Generation which is 2010 - 2015.

Thanks! Apologies. I thought this was the thread for RX 2nd generation.
