Default Floormat and cargo cover difference between '10-'12 and '13-'15

I was searching Amazon for floormats and a rear cargo cover and found a couple nice deals but they both say for '13 to '15 models so is there major differences that would not make these parts compatible with the earlier 3rd gens? Did the floor pattern change? Did the cargo cover slide points change?

From what I recall, the front mats from the 13 to 15 have the twist on lock for the mats and the ones prior to that were just hooks (so hole for the mats). Everything else should be the same but double check to be safe.

My 2010 has hooks. Still a round hole though...

Would that hook vs the twist make them not compatible?
