Only the oil cooler has this issue and you only have the oil cooler if you have the tow package. I think after 2012 they got the metal lines from the factory, due to durability problems with the rubber lines. They never should have cheaped out and used rubber in the first place.
There are no issues with the transmission cooler lines.

My 2015 came with steel oil cooler lines from the factory, so they fixed the issue.

^^ Yes indeed. Our 2006 Jaguar XK8, 2013 Subaru Outback 3.6R, and 2015 RX350 are all late-model examples. Fewer problems that way because the early bugs have already been found and resolved. At least that is the theory....
