I have a 2015 and driver's seat is wearing out whereas passenger side is almost new. Does anyone know if driver and passenger's seats can be swapped? I realize some control handles will need also be swapped / replaced.

I do not think it is possible, but you should ask an automobile upholstery shop. Or they could supply you with new seat skins and rebuild the seat with new padding etc.
On eBay there are often folks selling the used leather seat skins.
