2013 Rx Radio/Media no sound
Hey,
My 2013 Rx lost radio/media sound this morning. I've checked all 3 radio fuses & Amp 1, 2 fuse- all of them are good. What other diagnostics can I do before assuming that the unit needs to be replaced? Car door notifications and etc still have sound when I enter the car. Only the radio/media doesn't work anymore and the clicking on the navigation screen doesn't produce the "dun dun" sound anymore.

Your amplifier is probably dead. This has been covered several times. Use the search feature with the term radio amplifier and review the results to learn more.

No Audio after installing aftermarket head unit?
If you are using TYTO-1 interface and if the factory unit has 12 pin plug that was connected to the OEM radio, the amp turn on data me be on that plug. Those wires should be Yellow and Black and would be in pins 9 and 10.
12 PIN data yellow and black for amp turn-on

2004 Lexus ES300 no sound from radio
Okay guys it's 2022 here's the solution if you have no sound and are using the bypass tyto-1 and you turn up the volume all the way and you hear very low volume and static the amp is not damaged the radio is not damaged and the bypass is not damaged the solution is unplugged the aftermarket radio plug in the factory radio and turn up the volume to its fullest capacity without turning off the radio or the car unplug the harness from the back of the radio now you are able to reconnect the aftermarket stereo and your volume should be restored I just recently ran into this issue and the solution is that simple I hope this helped you sorry to come here late
