Long story short, I can't open my car door. The car battery died and my physical key doesn't open the door. Is there anything I can do to get access inside my car?

Is it just the wrong key, or are you able to put it in and turn it but nothing happens? I'm guessing it's the latter, in which case you'll probably have to break in somehow or find a way to pop the hood and get power to the car. If it's just the wrong key, Lexus should be able to cut you a key with your VIN number

Call a locksmith or the dealer. Either should be able to get inside your car.
