Hi guys so my dad told me yesterday he went to the tires plus to have his alignment done they got the front adjusted fine but since its a northern car that was in winter weather that the rear could not be alighned reason is because corrosion has it very hard for them to get some stuff adjusted that just wont move or something.
am i correct in thinking that this is the rear trailing arms or control arms that is seized up due to the weather conditions of a Canadian car that has now moved down to Florida ?

There are a number of different components involved in doing an alignment on any vehicle. Talk to the shop that aligned the front end and ask them specifically what was seized up in the rear end that prevented them from aligning it.

My 2014 RX here in Saskatchewan has been through several brutally cold winters and has had no issues getting alignments done. More details needed on what couldn't be adjusted in the rear. Any of those parts that couldn't be adjusted could be replaced easily.

I recently replaced a front shock and a front wheel bearing. The RX needed a wheel alignment after that. The Before and After showed that the After is not perfect factory setting but they were able to get all four wheels to get settings on "green" (good). Made in Japan on September 2010, sold on January 2011 in an Ontario city with brutal winters and lots of road salt.
Garage should be able to quote you what needs to be replaced to get all settings close to factory specs.

Looking at my Initial and Final numbers now. Only front left toe was out of spec/range of good numbers. Rear numbers for Initial and Final are exactly the same but there seems to be specs for camber and toe nonetheless. I don't know whether rears are not adjustable. I'll scan my report and post it when I get a chance.
