Does anyone know if my 2011 Lexus RX450h has a timing belt or a chain? I am nearing 90,000 miles.

Instead of getting info from the net, I would highly recommend that you consult the Warranty & Service (skinny) manual in your glove compartment and simply follow the 90K service items. Not that the folks will mislead you intentionally, but then every one should verify the information they find on the net.

If you dont have a manual please get one.
