Default Good tire and wheel / rims combo for 2014 RX

Hello,

Proud owner of 2014 RX. Been thinking of swapping the OEM rims with bigger rims as the stock 18 inch rims is a bit smaller.

Looking to make it a bit nicer and also not sacrificing the comfort as well

anyone can recommend a good tire and rim combo for 19 or 20 inch?

Thank you

Get 19x8 wheels so you can use 255/50/19 tires that are 20mm wider than stock. Be sure the new wheels are hub centric as you want to avoid having to use centering rings as they can cause problems. I recommend you look at www.tirerack.com as they have a large selection and good advice.
Also Lumarai makes excellent wheels that are hub centric and the correct offset https://www.lumaraiwheels.com/

Thanks. Do I need to worry about the offset? Also is 19x8 wheel common (meaning other car use this size)? I am thinking of getting a used wheel instead to save a bit and if it's common, then I can search from other car that use this size as well.

Thanks.

Not common in OEM that would also fit the RX350. The Lexus IS-F from around 2011 give or take a few years has 19x8 wheels that fit perfectly as my wheels are copies of those. However I no longer see them for sale. You cannot just put Ford or BMW wheels on a Lexus. All the parts have to match, center ring, bolt spacing and offset. You are really limited to Toyota and Lexus OEM wheels. Aftermarket, anything is available.

Hey Gameson,

We have done quite a bit of Lexus' including a decent amount of RX's. We've done set ups in 19-22" for these cars.

The BD-11 is one of the more popular set ups, but I think the 2014 would look mean on the BD-17/5.

We've done 20x9/10/10.5 on these wheels.

I just previewed the BD wheels on a 2014 RX, all the 19+ inch wheels look stellar. I second the BD-17/5 that I saw on the product main page.
