From what I read quickly it is more likely a key issue and a dealer may be your best bet for this repair. It could even be a Toyota dealer.

This is an engine immobilizer code, the computer does not recognize the key you are using. Make sure you are using the key that always started it before, any other non programmed key will not work, it has to be a key with a transponder chip and it has to be programmed to work with the computer.

As an update I had brought the car the programed a new key FOB and the car start and still pop up the same code for the immobilizer fault, so far i had spent in the new key FOB programming and not successful, they suggest me to go ahead with the immobilizer replacement, but i am really concern on dismantle the all dash, I had try few tricks that i had found in the internet nothing works for me the car still starting sometimes not all the times, is basically starting most of the time after longer periods with the battery disconnected.

So if the problem is with the duplicated key only then the finger points to the key. Try the original to confirm that the original never gives you trouble.

I too would suggest the dealer as the current approach seems like throwing parts at the problem. The dealer may do the same thing, but I too believe in going to the "right" folks to get the issue resolved.
