For unknown reasons, even though the BSM is on, the car is no longer beeping when the BSM is activated. I turned the BSM on and off and it is still not working. Looking for assistance on how to trouble shoot or fix the issue.

Have you checked the appropriate fuse? Look in your owners manual for the fuse box location and fuse diagrams.

2014 and 2015 RX's only had BSM without Rear Cross Traffic Alert. BSM works while moving
forward and RCTA works in reverse on 2016 and newer models. Only the RCTA sounds when
triggered, BSM works above 15 MPH and simply lights the mirror icon. If you put on the turn signal
on the side that is lit it will begin a very fast flash (faster than the Turn Signal) to alert you and perhaps
the fellow along side.

The Park Assist feature beeps when first engaged and then
at differing speeds when you approach objects.
