Has anyone pulled the fuse to disable the Automatic Locking System (ALS)?
Also if anyone has a diagram of the fuse box or knows which fuse controls the ALS for the RX350 (2014) -- I have done this for a 2016 Nissan and after disabling the ALS I could still use the clicker to lock/unlock the doors.

That is a function that can be set by you and is very easy to set if you have Navigation. There are screens to click through for individual lock settings. Do you have Navigation?
If you have Navigation do the following using the mouse controller:
Click on MENU
Click on SET UP
Click on VEHICLE
Click on VEHICLE CUSTOMIZATION
Click on DOOR LOCK SETTINGS
Then choose which ones you want on or off. This will let you turn off the automatic unlocking.
If you do not have Navigation, then you may be able to do it through the toggle switch on the right side of the steering wheel and watching the prompts on the instrument panel.
Or take it to a Lexus dealer and they can change it. There is no need to disable anything via such a drastic method as you propose.
