Default Goodbye clear tail lights...hello LED

I just picked up a 2012 RX350 and like everything except the clear tail lights. Luckily, I found an LED set on eBay from DT Moto for $360 shipped. Overall, build quality gets a 8/10 and lighting gets a 10/10. The car has been parked outside in the rain for two days and I’m nervous to see if it can resist moisture. I’ll report back after a few days.

Installation was plug and play, but took me a while to remove all the panels carefully without any guidance.

So how did you get them for $300? I'm seeing they are for sale for at least twice that. From Australia no less. Interesting. Anyway, LED/Sequential lights usually run $1K+. Let us know how they work out long term (report back on any issues if you can).

Again, thanks for sharing!

The lights held up great after heavy rain, freezing rain and snow. No moisture and looks good.

i picked up these light from eBay. Only one set remaining. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F382542037110

Looks super cool! I never thought about doing anything aftermarket to my wife's RX450h but this LED taillight does add unique look to it!

Good price but I've read a lot of negatives over these lights with premature burnout or parts dimming. If it's chinese you will take a risk.

Let us know in a year.

Made in Taiwan...so yes I’m not sure about the quality. Only time will tell. I will definitely report back.

Really like the look, but I'm always sketchy on aftermarket lights as the quality suffers sometimes.

Hope these hold up well for you. Report back down the road for sure.

These taillights' style is from the 4th gen RX. I like it.
