Hello everyone,

I need to change out the windshield for 2014 RX350 and the place asked me if it’s a heated windshield, rain sensing wipers, etc. I didn’t even know that was an option. Anybody know anything about this, the heated windshield?

The windshield wiper de-icer is not shown in the 2014 RX sales brochure for the U.S. as being available but it is shown as standard in the 2014 RX sales brochure for Canada. The wiper de-icer is available on the U.S. market 2016-up RX in the optional cold weather package.

There have been several threads recently where people have wanted to get replacement windshields with the wiper de-icer grid but I don't remember anyone getting it to work - yet.
