Is this a common problem on 3rd gen rx ? mine is a 2010.
Its winter time and my AC is off since october so its not coming from the AC.
Do you guys have any suggestion ?

Your AC will run when in defrost mode during the winter, so it can still be a water source. Check that the AC drain tube is not clogged. You have to crawl under the car to find where it drops down from the back center area of the engine/firewall area. Also pull your cabin filter and see if it is damp or wet, you can also look around its compartment once it is removed.
You can try blowing compressed air up it, or push weed wacker line through it. Same with the sunroof drain, weed wacker line down them is the usual method to clear those drains.
Actually any service station can check and clear this tube pretty quickly. To check the windshield you need to park under a sprinkler and sit in the car observing if anything leaks. I have seen them do this at car dealers.
Check your carpet to see how high up the carpet is wet and if one upper section toward the pedal area or either side of the pedal area is wetter, as that could indicate a clogged AC tube overflow.
I recall my father's old Audi in which the AC drain tube clog was so bad water would slosh out of the main air vents when you went around corners splashing your pants.
