Will the current 18" IS fsport wheels fit on a rx350?

They should fit. You need to compare the wheel specs with those of the RX. By this I mean center bore, most Lexus/Toyota wheels are 60.1mm. This has to match. From what I found quickly, the bore and bolt pattern is the same but I think the offset may be 45 while the RX has 32 or 35 offset, but this needs to be confirmed by you.

I have 19 inch x 8 inch aftermarket copies of IS-F Sport wheels on my RX350 and they were exactly the same specs as the OEM RX wheels. However these appear to no longer be available. I got them from OEwheelsll

I found this comparison regarding another Toyota product, but is applicable, the fact that it says 17 does not matter, it is the same for 18, 19 etc

1) 17x8 35mm offset RX offset
vs
2) 17x8 45mm offset ISF offset

which would fit better and not rub?


1) 35mm: 10mm less (wheel well clearance) 16mm more outer rim extension

and

2) 45mm: 20mm less (wheel well clearance) 6mm more outer extension...
