Hello, does anyone here have a 3rd gen RX 350 with a slight whine under or around 35MPH? Shifts fine and no noise when actually changing gears. This is just a slight whine - occasionally - when accelerating slightly at low speeds.

I know some transmissions are just noisy and operate fine but I believe the U660E/F in our RXs are used by a lot of Camry and Highlander vehicles.

Mine is a 2015 FWD with almost 100K miles.

2015 RX350 approaching 53,000 miles and no transmission whine present. Have you done an ATF drain-and-fill yet? If not, that would be my first step given your relatively high mileage.
