I just completed replacing the AC evaporator on this baby and I make sure I labeled every connector and screws, I assembled everything back, put a new 12V Battery, replaced battery on Key FOB and there is no power to dash, no accessory, radio, NAV, no start, Key FOB does not work, interior lights work and locks work from the door. I cannot communicate with ECU (unless I missed a wire or did not press completely a connector or some other issue???? Please help I'm starting to take everything apart to verify everything again. The ABS pump primes from time to time.
I scanned and got the following codes,
Body Control Module Current
Codes
U0327 | Software Incompatibility With Vehicle Security Control Module
Body Control Module History
Codes
U0208 | Lost Communication With Seat Control Module "A"
U0327 | Software Incompatibility With Vehicle Security Control Module
Power Source Current
Codes
B2287 | LIN Communication Master

Did any mishap happen ... like reverse polarity connection at the battery?
Pinched wires?

No reverse polarity at battery, I've even put a new one that one was 180413. Going to take dash cover off again and double check everything.
UPDATE:
Took the dash cover off and verified no pinch wires or connectors not connected, The only I could think off is the Power Management ECU took a dump.

ECUs are pretty robust. Them going bad is a possibility but I would verify voltage and ground at the ECU.
Wiring diagram would be needed at this time.

It has to be something you removed and disconnected during the installation or a defective new part. I have been in similar situations in car projects and it was always something I did. You identified it when you stated you may have missed a wire or failed to properly press in a connector.
You need to review everything again, sometimes in these situations it helps to have someone else look at it as you become so familiar with what you did that you unconsciously skip things.
Also do a full test on that new battery.

UPDATE, it was a pain I took everything back out and reinstalled everything (everything seemed to be in place) and somehow it woke up, running and blowing cold air, thank God, got me a little scared.
