Rear Shocks part #48531-0e141
I purchase rear shocks from mylparts.com part# 48531-0e131 & 48531-0e141 looks like one is for the left rear and one is for the right rear. I received (2) 48531-0e141 instead. Does any one know if these are interchangeable can I use the 48531-0e141on both sides?

You received the correct item. The same part number is used on both sides in the rear. And the 141 is a replacement number for a newer version of 131. They are the same item.
These Shock Absorbers are like that, with a single bolt hole at the top and at the bottom and fit the same on both sides.
Note that shocks or shock absorbers are very different from struts, which are different on each side and have the spring concentric with the strut.
On shocks the spring is near the shock, but not connected to it in any way.
You used the term incorrectly to identify them in your thread title.

I stand corrected and hope he likes the new stiffer ride. I installed those and they did make the ride rougher for the 2 years they were on until I removed them for Sachs, which were much smoother riding. They were so smooth I felt the vehicle was rocking more than I liked over certain bumps (seasickness) and after 3 months ditched them for Bilstein B6 rear shocks, well as soon as I discovered the Bilsteins which are actually specified for the Highlander 2014 etc. If you want improved handling with a ride almost as good as the original get the Bilstein B6. If you just want to replace what you have get the 0E131 from Lexus, the Sachs or Bilstein B4, or KYB.
That said my removed like new Sachs shocks are listed in the Marketplace.
