I don't know the minor issues and I do not intend to check minor issues as I am too busy enjoying this car.

But you can plug in the VIN of your car on Lexus Drivers and get a full report on service history. Mine showed AC Blower repaired, Shocks replaced, Tailgate lifts repaired, Oil line pipe repaired, Hybrid battery replaced, and the usual LOF services with routine maintenance done by the LExus dealer in Beverly hills and Glendale.
