I bought a used RX 450h 2013.
Both front seats do not heat nor ventilate.
The switch light comes on and the A/C is activated but no heat or ventilation at all from the seats.
Since it is both seats and everything else activates, do you think this is a bad ground wire? If so, where would I look for it?

The switch is probably bad. You can get a used on on eBay for about $30. The switch just pops out with a plastic trim removal tool or a small screwdriver. Unplug the old one and plug in the new one.

And be aware that the "ventilation" feature is mostly a gimmick. It essentially does nothing on my wife's 2015 RX350. Her seat heaters work well, but any advertised "ventilation" or "cooling" is a joke.

I bought a 2014 and had the same thing happen. I started moving the the little wheel from full heat (3) to off for about a minute. The heat stated working! When the warm weather hit, I could hardly hear the seat fan. I did the same with the little wheel on the cool setting, and now it sounds like a train!

Thank you for your quick responses. I do appreciate your help.
I will try rotating the wheel of the switch,.... perhaps the contacts are corroded and the friction will scrap the contact clean. I have not needed to use this feature for 2 years so perhaps this is the problem.
I checked EBAY,..... a used switch is $100+. This switch panel has the dual switch (rollers) and a coin tray..... not a button or rocker switch. I would rather pay $30. Should I shop around? Any recommendations?
