Default No Power to Passenger Side Headlamp - Fuse Good

The passenger side headlamp on my 2010 RX 350 is out. I swapped the bulb with the driver side; the driver side continued to work and the passenger side continued to be out. I also swapped the fuses for the driver and passenger side headlamps, same issue. A volt meter showed no voltage to the passenger side headlamp socket. There is voltage to the passenger side headlamp fuse, so somewhere between the fuse box and the headlamp I am losing power. Any suggestions?

Do you have halogen or HID bulbs? H11 halogen or D4S HID. Could be a bad ballast for HID or relay for halogen.

They are halogen bulbs. Can you tell me where the relay is located? Thanks!

There is a fuse box in the engine compartment. Under the cover is a map of the fuses and relays. It is also in your owners manual.
I would also check for corrosion on the bulb harness connections.

When checking the voltage at the bulb socket, did you put both of the meter leads to the socket contacts? Or one lead to the socket contact and the other to the vehicle chassis?

Because the socket could lose the ground connection due to corrosion, so make sure you have a good ground to the socket.
