Hi everyone,
I just bought a 2014 RX 350 with 117K miles. It's still very good sharp and smooth.
It seems like the previous owner did all the oil changes at Lexus dealer except 30K/60K/90K services.
I think with this miles, the car need to be replaced:
Brake fluid
Coolant
Front/Rear differential fluid
engine belt
Spark Plug
Am I missing anything else here?
Please advise.
Thanks

ATF drain-and-fill. You have to do the procedure multiple times to get most of the old ATF out of the system. Only a couple of quarts typically drain out each time.
Lexus will tell you that the factory ATF is "lifetime" but there is no such animal as lifetime fluid of ANY type. The additives and friction modifiers wear out with heat, miles, and age.

I agree with RX in NC, get the ATF drained and filled. It will shift better afterward. There is a huge thread on this if you do a little searching.
You should also service the brake caliper slide pins. The grease on them cooks away with use. They need to be cleaned and re-greased every few years with specific brake slide pin grease that is rubber safe such as Motorcraft XG3A or Sil-Glyde.
The front unit is a transfer case as the front differential is part of the transmission.
Only use Toyota Super Long Life Coolant.

I'd go around and re-torque all your suspension bits and pieces to bring every little control arms and bushings with spec torque. Then, you should check your shocks to see if things are still good. Also if you have HID bulbs it's good to check the brightness as HID dim over time - it doesn't go kaputs one day like incandescent bulbs. At this amount of mileage, you should replace the bulbs. Or if you have incandescent, you may want to do a quick home project and convert to HID. Finally, not sure the front transaxle is configured on the 350 AWD but you may also want to check out the transfer case to see if fluid needs replacing.

Thanks all. I confirmed this is drive belt.
I just am confused about water pump. I heard that people say do not replace until you see a sign of leak, replace ahead of time, etc?
Any thoughts?

I say that because whenever a new belt has been suggested to me there as always been a suggestion to change the water pump as most of the labor to reach it is done when the belt is changed, so you might as well do it.

But the drive belt is different, it takes 30 minutes to replace a drive belt, so leave the water pump alone.
Your RX350 does nit have a timing belt to replace, it uses a steel chain.
