My RX350 (2015) has a running board installed with mounting brackets or running board overlapping the jack support points along side of vehicle (at lease the front support points).

Should I have a flat in one of my front tires for any reason, where should I jack the SUV, especially if the side jack supports are not accessible? Or do I need a special jack kit for this?

You could get a small hydraulic bottle type jack or a floor jack and position it under the front jack point, which is a center front frame member area or on a frame rail inboard of the original side jack points. Ask a car mechanic to point this out to you as you do not want to put the jack under the oil pan!
For the rear if AWD you can put it under the differential. If not AWD, or even if AWD you need to find a suitable frame rail section inboard of the normal jack points. If unsure, talk to someone at a car repair shop for assistance.
