Putting 19" wheels on a 18" wheel 2015 base RX350
Can sport 19" wheels fit a 18" OEM 2015 RX350 ? Will the speedometer have to be adjusted due to the size difference of the tire size

I believe the factory 18” comes with a 235/55/18 setup
Factory 19” comes with a 235/55/19 setup.
Nothing will need to change as long as you stick with the same tire diameter. 235/55/**

That is not true, so you have to either go for a different size tyre, or the speedometer needs to be adjusted. The difference between 235/55/18 and 235/55/19 is around 3.5%, which is too much of a difference.
If you go from 235/55/18 to 235/50/19 will have a very small difference of +0.4% which is less than 1% and therefore considered as OK.
Now the question is if the automatic car adjustment from the navigation can handle the difference in the first case.

Or if you get 19 inch wheels wider than stock you can go to 255/50/19 which is what I did when installing 19x8 aftermarket wheels. This size is almost the same diameter as stock.
Little noticed is that under the Tools heading is a tire size change calculator https://www.clublexus.com/forums/tir...calculator.php

For those who have experience. Is there a substantial difference in ride quality between the 18 inch wheel and the 19 inch wheel?

Not really, the suspension setup and type of tire matter a lot more than the wheel size and even the sidewall. Tried both 18" and 19" on my RX350. The 19" rode better as they were Michelin Pilot Sports vs the 18" which were winters. They rode better than the 16" Blizzaks I used to have on my Highlander until I went to 17" rims w/ Blizzaks. Not a noticeable decrease in ride, but a small but noticeable handling improvement.

Replacing 18" Rims with 19" OEM
Hi, I am interested in replacing my standard 18" rims with 19" OEM rims pictured below. Thinking about making the swap when it's time to replace my tires from low tread. Any advice/tips from anyone on saving $$$ to do this?

Find used wheels on eBay or Craigslist.
Be flexible as wheels from other Toyota/Lexus Models will fit, such as Toyota Highlander, Toyota Sienna, Camry, Avalon, Lexus ES350 as all are on the same wheel hub system.
Or buy used/refurbished wheels from Wheel Collision Center. They will take your old wheels in trade and give you a discount. I have bought from them a couple of times to replace damaged wheels. Their catalog has great photos of all the wheels.

Get new TPMS sensors on your new to you wheels when you get tires put on.
