None of the buttons on the console entertainment system are working. No volume, no band select, no tuning, etc... Phone works however but the volume control on the console does nothing. Console pointer control and menu items all work with the pointer and enter button.

The steering wheel based functions work no problem for the audio system controls.

Was thinking of unplugging the negative battery terminal but thought I would post a question here to see if there is some sort of reset I can do without resetting the whole car electronics.
