I have a 2014 RX350 base with packages listed below:

Looking to convert the halogen lamps to all LED.

Indoor: All indoor lamps are halogen (except for the two small lights in the front and rear).

External: I know that the DRLs & rear license plate lights are LEDs; which other external lamps are

Question: which other external lamps are LEDs; especially tail/ turn/ back-up? Would appreciate if someone can provide a list of bulb numbers and location. Thank you so much!

This has been covered before. Most of the rear brake lights are LEDs as is the third brake light.
