Used Car Mechanical Inspection Advice Needed

The service history has “BSC” as the service code. I’m beginning to make sense (I think) of the meaning. BSC seems to be the internal or shortened code for Basic Service of Basic Service Check? The “- Rental Service” looks to be added when the customer was provided a complimentary rental for the day when the car was in for its maintenance. The vehicle had the shocks replaced when the car was traded in at the dealership about a week ago. The test drive felt great at various speeds 0-80, handling was smooth, crisp and sounds solid.
I’ll be inquiring more on Thursday about what BSC means on the service record but feeling more confident this is a very well maintained, one owner personal vehicle. I’ve negotiated a first refusal deal and will likely finalize the buy at $16,300. Maybe a few hundred higher than the average but I’m ok with it since it’s physical shape is so pristine, maintenance history is complete/thorough and is a Lexus dealership sold car with low miles for a 2010.
