I've got a 205 RX 350 with HID headlights. A couple weeks ago the following began happening:

Driver's side headlight has a very dim flicker - otherwise doesn't work at all.
Driver's side blinker indicator is "on" all the time on dash

I've already replaced bulbs - no resolution
Replaced battery - no change
I swapped the driver's and passenger ballasts. Passenger side still works fine, driver's side still same issue
When the ballast connection is disconnected from the bulb, it seems to have intermittent "spark" when the lights are turned on

So, it isn't the bulb, and based on the fact that the ballast works fine on the other side, I don't think it is the ballast.

Any other ideas?
