I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 phone and I cannot connect it via bluetooth to my 2010 RX450h.
Is there any bluetooth compatibility list of phone devices with the specific RX model/year?

You could try the Lexus Drivers Site. Although it may not have data relevant to cars in Romania.
Join, it's free and run by Lexus, then enter your car and search for information on Blue Tooth. However, this is an old vehicle with a not so great, out of date old version of Bluetooth. Your phone just may not be compatible as it has a newer version of Bluetooth. Good Luck.
