Hello everyone my 2013 RX 350 having problem with the HVAC system. I got no air coming out of air vent, so I clean out my cabin air filter and check the fan blower motor. The fan blower motor was working I even swap out a new fan motor still no air. Right now I believed is the fan servo motor. However, when I went to lexuspartsnow there are 3 versions I am not sure which one to purchase. Is there way to check servo working or not? Thanks for any help in advance.

Can you please list individually ..
Does the blower speed change as you select speed?
Is the problem that certain vents do not give out air .. or the air does not go to different vents as you select the mode?
You get no air when you set the temp to heat the cabin.
[servos play part in hot/cold selection and mode selection].

Driver and passenger side air vent has very little air coming through. Two center air vents no air at all. When changing the fan speed I can hear the fan blower motor blowing out air corresponding to the control.
The defroster on the front mirror works fine. I did change temperature from 70F to 75F, I will try the ac see if any air are coming through. Heat is no go right now.

Kind'a silly but the vents have a direction and open/shut control. Try playing with them and also switch out of auto and change the mode (should switch which set of vents the air comes out of).
The blower sends the air at a high rate and it has to go somewhere. There can be a break in the ducting but you will be able to sense the air escaping in the cabin. The only time it can't sent the air out is if the inlet is choked. You have to open up the cowl to see what is causing blockage on the intake. Usually critters love to nest in there and if you park your vehicle outdoors rats, squirrels get in there.

I am leaning toward the duct damage idea. I play with the open/shut control before issue persist. As for the car cowl, I clean it up every week or two no problem with tree leaves or nest there. Thanks once again for the assistance.

Try resetting the car, unhook the battery for 10 seconds and plug in. Good luck.

Boldie - your 2008 is a 2nd generation RX. Try posting in the correct forum. Also tell us how many miles/kilometers are on your RX.
Your mechanic should have replaced the thermostat when he replaced the radiator. I doubt you needed a radiator. Toyota radiators are not known for getting clogged. The coolant is so good, it just does not happen often.
Your water pump may be failing, and he should have inspected that when looking at the radiator etc. They fail more often than the other 2 components.
However, you may just have an HVAC problem maybe a sensor and it is obviously beyond that guy's abilities. You need another mechanic, one who specializes in A/C and heat problems and works on a lot of Toyotas. The RX350 is basically a Toyota Highlander, which is why I keep saying a Toyota specialist as there are more places that state that than Lexus specialists.
Good Luck and keep a close watch on that temperature gauge until this is sorted out.
