A rear wheel bearing started to go bad on my 2015 RX350. I had a very low frequency noise at highway speed for quite a while, then a definite noise at low speed. Traced to the left wheel after running it on the hoist. Bought a new hub and bearing assembly from Toyota p/n 424100E031 and a new nut 9008017238. It is the same part as an awd Highlander. Took longer than I thought working under the car that was dripping wet snow on me!- about 2.5 hrs. All the bolts came out easily. It has 92000 Km on it.
