Will a 4th Gen grill fit a 3rd Gen? Rx350

My wife doesn’t like the grill on the 4th Gen rx350 (2017) She likes the 3rd Gen grill
(2015)

is the body shape the same on both. Ie could I swap them?

I doubt it. It is a completely different body. If it is possible, you would need to replace a lot more than the grill. Probably the entire front-end clip. However, it probably would not match with your hood and fenders and even if it did I think the costs would be several thousand dollars. A local body shop would be able to provide a more authoritative answer.
