Default RX450h Wheels??

Hi all! I just purchased a 2010 Rx450h and it has the ugliest aftermarket wheels! You guys have any recommendations to find oem wheels possibly even from a different model or newer RX model that looks good. I've already checked fb marketplace, craigslist, offerup are all a bust. I'm not really sure how I feel about eBay buying used wheels unseen. Also wanted to ask if I should try to get 18" or 19" and your thoughts which is better for fuel economy.
Thanks

Plastidip them black until you get new wheels. It's ghetto but at least it will hide the wheels.

They are hideous haha, but def go for 18" rims for fuel economy. I'd suggest keep checking on FB marketplace and craigslist-- I've found some nice ones near my area.

Keep checking Craigslist and FBM as inventory changes all the time. I have bought and sold wheels on eBay and if the seller has a great reputation you will get the wheels that are advertised.
Another source is https://www.wheelcollision.com/

FYI wheel size will not affect fuel economy because the overall tire diameter does not change.
You have to understand that with the 19 inch wheels you have a smaller sidewall on the tire which does a few things to affect driving. It makes the ride worse because there is less tire rubber in the shorter sidewall to flex and absorb road shock from potholes etc. The shorter sidewall also improves steering response because there is less rubber to flex and distort when you turn the steering wheel and corner. It is a trade off.
There is also a mileage difference between different tire brands and models as some have less rolling resistance. It helps to check the reviews at www.tirerack.com and consult with them if unsure what would be best for your vehicle.

Thanks for the detailed info! Much appreciated. I had no idea the 18" vs 19" wheels did not affect fuel economy.

I got lucky and found a set on craigslist with tires and TPMS for specifically my year for $375 not a bad deal.
Discount tire swapped em on for free and even set the TPMS up no charge. I did have to pay for Lexus lug nuts because the crappy aftermarket wheels had specific lug nuts to that exact wheel.
All in all $375 + $65 lug nuts not too shabby.

Congratulations on the find.
Now you can sell the aftermarket wheels on Craigslist. They will fit many Toyota and Lexus models such as the Venza, Highlander, Sienna, Camry, Avalon, ES350, RX350 as all are based on the same chassis platform. They all have the same wheel hub assemblies and their wheels are interchangeable.
