Left Sunroof Open During Rain, Infotainment System Malfunctioning
I left my sunroof open and it rained hard inside. (dumb, I know). here's what's happening:
1. NONE of the input controls for the infotainment system work (mouse, buttons on the dash, buttons on the mouse)
2. The audio buttons on the dash DON'T light up at night anymore
3. The radio doesn't work
4. The backup camera DOES work
5. I've checked all of the fuses (under the hood and in the cabin). Everything looks good.
6. Holding down the audio on/volume control button for 7 seconds does not reset anything
7. The map does come up on the infotainment system when I start up the car and it will track my movements as I drive (but I can't move from this screen because none of the input buttons work)
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Give it a week to dry out on its own and hope that takes care of your problem. Don't turn the infotainment back on until the week is up. Preferably do not drive it.
The alternative is some very expensive and time consuming diagnostics. However, that cannot be done accurately until the system has dried.
If you can park it in a heated garage that will speed up the drying process.
Try some self help with using a hair dryer to dry stuff inside any vents on and around the dash and under the dash. Do not overheat anything in the process.

We have a powerful canine hair dryer. If this happened to me, I would use that. Put all of your windows down so the water can evaporate out of the vehicle while the hair dryer is running.
