Noise coming from Engine RX350 2010

Anyone know what this noise it? Is this serpentine belt/Vacuum pump/Blower motor? Need to know what to replace. Thanks in Advance.

My first guess would be water pump .

Use a mechanic's stethoscope placed on the various components to track down the source of the noise.
