Default 200,000 k.... doing plugs.... should I change the back coils at the same time?

Been flawless for too long. Going to change serp belt and pulleys when I am in there. Amazing cars, but at 10 years some things have to be wearing.

Thoughts?

Things do wear out with use. The brilliance of Lexus is not squeezing everything out of the engine and thus keeping it away from the stress zone. Quality parts also extends life.

You can preemptively keep replace parts, but I would say do at least the minimum as stated in the warranty/service handbook.

Change the rear coils when replacing the rear plugs as you do not want to have to do that job again. Get OEM which I think are Denso coils.

Denso 6731309 is the coil part number.
