It would possibly help if you would add some history as to what might have caused the onset of the problem.
Some times a battery disconnect solves the problem and checking all the associated fuses helps. Then depending your skill level and availability of tools, we can suggest next actions. Usually at that time one has to take it to a mechanic.
Disconnecting the battery has some after affects like loosing the settings. Do not remove both terminals as it adds to the risk of reverse connections and that can be terrible.
