Default AC bar won't go away in nav screen

I have an 2015 rx 350 and I can not get the ac bar to go away. I can’t see the menu bar at the top to change the media. Does anyone know how to fix this? It’s driving me nuts just started yesterday.

Try going into your vehicle settings and change a setting, save it and go back and set it to what you originally had. It could be any setting. See if that works.

Then try disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes.

Try entering the diagnostics mode by using the following.

Steps to enter into the Hidden Navigation Diagnostic Menu
1. Press and Hold the "MENU" button
2. While still holding the "MENU" Button, Cycle the "Parking Light" Switch ON then OFF
3. Cycle the "Parking Light" Switch ON then OFF three more times.
4. Once you see the Menu appear you can let go of the "MENU" button

Once you’re in diagnostics, hold the MENU button to reboot the whole system.
