That’s sick bro, love the chrome delete. If you had the black handles it would look like the crafted line. Any interior mods?
The tow hitch is pretty simple that was my first mod. I went with the Curt13143. It’s a little more than the drawtite but it doesn’t put stress on your muffler which I liked allot more. The finish is allot better as well and it’s made in the US. Etrailer has great how to videos for both, don’t go oem stupid expensive for no reason. I did buy the Lexus trailer hitch cover from the dealer.

You do have to cut a rectangle out of the bottom plastic shield for the hitch to stick out. I took my time cut it like ten times to make it perfect because I’m ocd but even if you go big you can’t see it from above. The tow hitches have to come off, some people put them back on top of the hitch but I figured if there gonna tow me make them work for it! I’m not towing anything with them, I’m just going to use it for a bike rack but if your towing adding the tow hitches back on might mess with the integrity.

What exactly did you change and upgrade? And could you send me a few links to those or anything you would recommend? I like the look of yours.
I'm about to get a 2013 Rx dark gray, basic stock and has NEVER once been waxed! I'm getting the car from my mom, so I know it's well maintained otherwise by the dealership. But it looks so, um, blah. This will be my 1st automatic transmission in 17 years, so I'm already not looking forward to that change. Feeling old. I'm more or a fast car or truck girl. But the price is right with this.
First thing will be detailing, ceramic coat, and window tint. Trailer hitch is a must. Upgrade the wheels as soon as it needs new tires (or I come across a good deal). I'm not sure after that.
Thanks for any help or ideas!

I would consider adding an aux trans cooler to go with the hitch.
You'll probably need the add-on 4-pin wiring kit, too.
The factory "tow" package includes the wiring kit, aux trans cooler, thicker radiator and a higher amp alternator.
I added the trans cooler just because it can get up to 115 deg around here.
The higher amp alternator is not really needed if all the trailer lights are LEDs.
I changed most of the RX lights to LED, too.
