Default --New Led tail lights--

So i have these on my RX , the first set and i love them. However the new 2021 style ones just came out. I don't like that the housing is smoked and i haven't seen how they look on a RX with the lights off. But i've asked around and they don't plan on making a red housing version...Decisions!!!! Has anyone brought these yet? The one i have now completely changed the look of the car..

I’m very tempted to buy a set, but I’m a bit concerned about longevity. Most of them have 1 year warranty, and I dont know enough about LED taillights, so I’m not even sure if I’ll be able to change any of them incase they go bad.

LED’s last a very long time and shouldn’t individually burn out. There is a risk of them using very cheap parts/very bad skill man to build these things. Like everything else there probably from China. Back in the day I had aftermarket LED tails on my 2000 Accord. This was one of the very first of the eBay LEDs right after the Alteeza fad had passed and they lasted a very long time. I had them for probably ten years and they still worked when I sold the car.

They do look mean especially on the black RX. I was tempted to go the LED route since I loved the look on the 2019 that I had. Mine is white just like the one below and I think the 2010 all white look awesome with the white paint. It kinda reminds me of my high school days when the aftermarket clear lights were the fad. The 2013 updated taillights look more high end but to me the 2010 looks perfect on a white SUV.

From what I saw on the video, the box you put a ‘?’ on is the brake light. The reverse light is under the running lights. The video shows the light for reverse.

I found a clear housing version https://www.ebay.com/itm/234123927052
I'm not a fan of how it looks. Almost too grotesque for my taste. Hopefully someone makes a red housing version asap.
Please keep us updated on your mods.

I kinda like them the more and more that I see them. My favorite design que of the 2010 is the white on white taillight though. If they were around 3/350 I’d be really tempted to buy them though.

Here's the reversed light. Not a fan of it as the reverse light isn't bright enough to illuminate the area behind. What I have now lights up the area as I'm backing up. Really bright reverse light.
