P219C and other issues..
Hi All,
Got the CEL and VSC light on. Scanned with the Foxwell scanner using OBD mode (i don't have the Toyota/Lexus software pack). Got the P219C code. Cleared it and didn't came back so far. Some other observations i found are..
1) High rpm, engine is cutting out randomly. Had this exact issue on my bmw and it was the fuel filter. It was not supplying enough fuel at high rpm. But this didn't threw the code while i was testing it
2) Fuel trim values are not great. Hovering about +/- close to 5. Not close to 0 as expected.
3) MAF shows 0.02 lb/s at 2112 rpm. Is this normal?
4) IAT is 104F. Outside air temperature was around 80. Can it be this different?
Please see below.
Thanks

Some information about your vehicle would be nice. Do you even have a third generation RX?
Cutting out at high RPMs could also be ignition such as the spark plug or coil for #1 cyl. Fuel trims plus or minus 5% are fine. Do they change at idle versus 2000 RPM? IAT really should be looked at when the engine is cold, should be the same as ambient otherwise there's a sensor problem. Can't help you on the maf low rate.

Sorry... Its 2015 RX 350 with ~59K miles. FWD model.
When i tested and was cutting out, it didn't threw the code. The code came up when it was driving. Need to check the fuel trims at various RPMs. If i remember right, they didn't change much with idle and 2200 rpm. Forgot. Since it was already warmed up, couldn't check the IAT value properly. Need to check it. I guess i need to remove the MAF/IAT and clean it. Also run a fuel system cleaner.

Start with the easy checks, I googled this code and got the following:
Causes for this code may include:
