Default which fuse is for MAF sensor

I have 2015 rx350 and I just did throttle cleaning, but I did not attach hose tightly so later when I drove hose loose from air filter size that cause engine check light on. After I got home, I fixed loose hose, but I still got p0102 and p0171/p0174 code. After I tried to drive a couple of time, p0171/p0174 code cleaned, but p0102 still exist. Today I tried to clean MAF sensor again, and check harness voltage, than I found that there were no voltage at all, I tested position #3 and #1, they should be 11-14v, and 5v, but there were 0. than I restarted car and check the code, this time I have p0102 and p0113. so my question is , if there is MAF sensor fuse, if so which one? I check lexus rx350 2010-2015 fuse diagram, but can not figure out which one is. Also, if p0113 was caused by p0102?

after read 2010 Lexus GS 350 RWD V6-3.5L (2GR-FSE) Copyright © 2013, ALLDATA 10.52SS Page 1 A L L Diagnostic Trouble Codes ( DTC), it indicates :
(c) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage:
(d) Reconnect the MAF meter connector.

"NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (MASS AIR FLOW METER - EFI MAIN RELAY)"

where is the location of EFI MAIN RELAY? I did check fuses of #16 EFI MAIN, #33 EFI NO. 1, #39 EFI NO. 2, all are good.

Did you look at the fuse box in the engine compartment? It is on the driver side.

Cleaning the MAF sensor is a pain, have to remove the wiper cowl to get at the screws to remove. Are you using specific MAF cleaner, and did you unplug the MAF sensor before cleaning?

I did look at the fuse in Engine compartment, I found all fuses and relays are good, I did mistake at first when I measure voltage. Now I did recheck and I can get

1, 12 V , #3 to ground, also #3 to #2 (negative probe)
2, 5V , #1 to ground , also #1 to #2

so looks power supply has no issue, now I try to following to measure resistance of MAF to ECM, my problem is now I can not find E6 ECM connector

I did use MAF sensor cleaner to clean it a couple time, My techstream is too old to work on this lexus, but I have Bluedriver, and I followed up following document as:
"2010 Lexus GS 350 RWD V6-3.5L (2GR-FSE) A L L Diagnostic Trouble Codes ( DTC ): P Code Charts - P0102"

- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3. [I user BlueDriver]
- Turn the engine switch on (IG) and turn the Techstream on.
- Clear the DTCs (even if no DTCs are stored, perform the clear DTC procedure). [I did clear all pending and confirmed trouble code, but it has permenant trouble codes could not be cleared]
- Turn the engine switch off and wait for at least 30 seconds.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG) and turn the Techstream on [A].
- Start the engine.
- Idle the engine for 5 seconds [B].
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes / Pending [C].
- Read the Pending DTCs. [I did not see pending DTCs]
- If a pending DTC is output, the system is malfunctioning.
- If a pending DTC is not output, perform the following procedure.
- Run the engine at an engine speed of 4000 rpm or more for 5 seconds [D].
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes / Pending [E].
- Read the Pending DTCs.[I did not see pending DTCs]
HINT
- If a pending DTC is output, the system is malfunctioning.
- If a pending DTC is not output, perform the following procedure.
Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Utility / All Readiness.
- Input the DTC: P0102 or P0103.
- Check the DTC judgment result

Since BlueDriver has not function of DTC judgement, So I can not perform this step.

so far I got:

1, MAF sensor Harness test is good, (12v, 5v and ground, not test connection to ECM)
2, I can see Mass Air Flow rate reading and it is proportional to engine rpm, when engine is idle , it is around 5-7g/s (seem MAF sensor works)
3, but Fuel system Status shows: System A (B) Closed loop - using all oxygen sensor(s) as feedback for fuel control
