Hello everyone I'm in the market for a 2013-2015 f-sport. We're there any differences in the years? I know a lot of times the first year of a new model cars have some issues and some don't. Does the 2014 have anything that the 2013 may not? Ideally the 2015 is the one I'd like but hard to find. Tia.

2013 was the year they did a mild refresh and introduced the F-Sport. I doubt there are many if any differences between a 13 and a 15. However, the 8 speed is the only true mechanical difference between an F-Sport and a regular model. The F-Sport does have stiffer struts and shocks and something called a lateral stability damper, which is really a strut tower type brace but lower in the suspension with a shock absorber in the middle to reduce vibrations and make the chassis stiffer. It also has something electronic called VDIM that is supposed to help it handle better.
Everything else is the same as before although 2013 with the mild refresh did bring some improvements to the infotainment system etc.
You can look at the USNEWS rankings linked here which lists what is new for each model year. It does not show any changes between 13 and 15.

13 was the first year of the 8 speed transmission which was used in the F-Sport. You may be better off getting a 14 or 15 to avoid the first year possible issues of the 8 speed transmission. I think they did some software upgrades after it was introduced.
Try some searches here on the 8 speed as there were a few complaints about it.

I'm pretty sure 2015 came with LED fog lights, my 2014 has halogen fog lights.
I think adaptive cruise became an available option in 2015. Otherwise I think the models are identical.
