my rx350 hit the bottom of the garage door when the car's back door was opening, the car's back door is twisted a little, and doesn't close completely. I want to disassemble the back door and repair it.
Could you guys have experience for disassemble the back door of RX350?

Take it to a body shop and get it properly repaired. Maybe insurance will cover it.
Get a few quotes as estimates are free! If no insurance is involved maybe you can negotiate on price, especially for a cash payment.
I can almost guarantee that if you attempt to repair this that you will have water leaks and the door will never fit properly.
