Radio white noise when radio off

Has anyone noticed a white noise/fuzzy noise coming from the speakers when the radio is on or off? It’s a faint noise when the stereo is off. The same noise is when the stereo is on but the stereo plays fine. There is just additional noise in the background.

any thoughts?

I never noticed any noise in my 2015, I have the basic sound system in mine.

I seldom listen to music, mostly podcasts and always keep the radio off when talking to someone.

When driving on freshly paved roads my RX is extremely quiet, still no noise.

You may have a bad amp, or corroded connector somewhere.
